Hi! I'm Lola, I'm 23. Was born in Serbia but live in the UK. I'm a Forensic Psychology graduate and have a passion for it. My interests include reading, playing the saxophone, and archery :)

I enjoy fitness and exercise, and this blog is mainly to track my progress and keep motivated but expect pretty pictures every now and then :) I'm also finding it incredibly hard to find a job these days so the fitness lifestyle keeps me sane & helps me keep going :)
