Hi! I’m Lola, I’m 23. Was born in Serbia but live in the UK. I’m a Forensic Psychology graduate and have a passion for it. My interests include reading, playing the saxophone, and archery :)

I enjoy fitness and exercise, and this blog is mainly to track my progress and keep motivated but expect pretty pictures every now and then :) I’m also finding it incredibly hard to find a job these days so the fitness lifestyle keeps me sane &amp; helps me keep going :)

My boyfriend has a habit of either making me lean into him too much or making me bend back a lot to the point where my back hurts while we dance so I think I look a bit awkward here. And I can’t dance. Honestly what is wrong with me?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Went to the gym yesterday morning. Workout as follows:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cardio&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;- Treadmill: 22 minutes. Walking/running intervals. Walking speed 5.6.9km/h, running speed 7-8.8km/h - up to 9km/h for 2 x 30 seconds (really pushed myself with the treadmill this time, slowly working up to 30 minutes). Burnt 165 cals + 3 cals during cool down. Incline during warm up was at 2.5%, during workout it was between 3-4%, mainly at 3.5%.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Weights&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;- Seated row: set 1 - 12 reps at 14kg (30lbs); Set 2: 12 reps at 18kg (40lbs) - gone up 1 full plate, 14kg began to feel easier.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Chest Press: set 1 - 12 reps at 14kg (30lbs); set 2 - 12 reps at 14kg (30lbs)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Leg Press: set 1 - 12 reps at 36kg (80lbs); set 2 - 12 reps at 36kg (80lbs)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Triceps Press: set 1 - 12 reps at 23kg (50lbs); set 2 - 12 reps at 23kg (50lbs)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dumbbells&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Bicep curls + 1 other variation: 2 sets - 12 reps at 3kg&lt;/p&gt;
